These Terms & Conditions govern your use of giftondemand.in, operated by Alfa Gift Solutions ("Gift On Demand", "we", "us"). By accessing or placing an order on this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict, anyone else's use of it. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products and Customization

Product images are for representation purposes; actual branding, color, and finish may vary slightly. For customized and logo-branded products, you are responsible for providing accurate artwork and approving the design mock-up before production begins. We are not liable for errors in a design that was approved by you.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Bulk and corporate order pricing will be confirmed via a custom quote. We accept prepaid payments and, on select orders, partial advance payment with Cash on Delivery for the balance, as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, with a full refund of any amount paid.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Alfa Gift Solutions unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission. Any logo or artwork you upload for customization remains your property, and you confirm you have the right to use it for branding purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or delayed/failed delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural events, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
