Question 1

What is the minimum order quantity for corporate gifts?

Accepted Answer

Corporate gift MOQs in India typically range from 20 to 50 pieces — Gift On Demand’s minimum order quantity starts at just 5 pieces on most products, well below the market norm, with sample runs available on select products before a full bulk order.

Question 2

How do I order personalised gifts online?

Accepted Answer

Choose your product, select the available options and quantity, add your logo or text, and complete online checkout. The product page shows its minimum quantity and the cart shows your total.

Question 3

Can I customize products with my company logo?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every product can be customized with your company logo via printing, embroidery, or engraving depending on the item. A design mockup is shared for approval before production begins.

Question 4

Do you deliver corporate gifts across India?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Gift On Demand, operated by Alfa Gift Solutions in Karol Bagh, New Delhi, delivers customized corporate gifts pan-India.

Question 5

What if I don't have a print-ready logo?

Accepted Answer

No problem — you can place your order with text only, and the design team will create and share a custom logo design for approval before production.

Question 6

Do you take partial payment or advance for bulk orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For most bulk orders we take a 30–50% advance to begin production, with the balance due before dispatch (or via COD on delivery, where available). Small prepaid orders can be paid fully at checkout. Every payment is acknowledged with a proper GST invoice.

Question 7

Can I claim GST input credit on my corporate gift order?

Accepted Answer

Orders include a GST invoice from Alfa Gift Solutions (GSTIN: 07BRCPA3679P1ZD). Add your billing requirements to the order instructions or email order@giftondemand.in with your order number.

Question 8

Can you deliver urgent or rush corporate gift orders?

Accepted Answer

Usually, yes. Stock items can dispatch in 1–2 business days and Delhi NCR deliveries are often next-day. For custom-branded orders, tell us your deadline first — we confirm feasibility (mockup approval + 2–4 days production) before you commit. Rush jobs are our specialty from the Karol Bagh base.

Question 9

Can I mix different products in one bulk order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add your selected products to the cart, meeting the minimum quantity for each item, and complete one online checkout. Each product can have its own customisation details.

Question 10

Can I reorder the same design months later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Select your products and quantity online, and include your previous order number in the order instructions. Artwork details are checked before production.

Question 11

Do you ship corporate gifts outside India?

Accepted Answer

No — standard delivery is pan-India only. Gift On Demand produces and ships from New Delhi across India; international shipping is assessed case-by-case for bulk orders, so message us with destination, quantity and timeline for a confirmed answer before you commit.

Question 12

Which printing/branding methods do you use?

Accepted Answer

We match the method to the product and artwork: screen printing and DTG for t-shirts, sublimation and UV printing for mugs, embroidery for caps and polos, engraving for metal items, and transfer printing where it gives the best result. You approve a mockup first, so you know exactly how your logo will look before production starts.
