How do I get a quote for a bulk or corporate order?

Message us directly on WhatsApp with your product interest, quantity, and branding requirements. We'll respond with a custom quote and estimated timeline.

Can I customize products with my company logo?

Yes. Every product can be customized with your company logo via printing, embroidery, or engraving depending on the item. A design mockup is shared for your approval before production begins.

What if I don't have a print-ready logo?

No problem — place your order with a text description of what you need, and our design team will create a mockup for approval before production, at no extra cost.

Do you deliver corporate gifts across India?

Yes. We deliver pan-India from our base in Karol Bagh, New Delhi. Metro cities typically see 3-5 business days after dispatch, other locations 5-7 days, and remote areas 7-10 days.

Is shipping free?

Yes, on prepaid orders above ₹1,500. Orders below that are charged a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

COD is available on select orders and locations. For bulk and corporate orders on COD, a partial advance payment (typically 30–50% of order value) is required to begin production, with the balance collected via COD on delivery.

Will I get a GST invoice?

Can I cancel or return my order?

Standard (non-customized) products can be cancelled within 24 hours if production hasn't started, and returned within 7 days if unused. Customized/logo-branded products can only be cancelled before production begins and generally aren't eligible for return, except for manufacturing defects or transit damage. How long does production take?

Standard products are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Custom and personalized items require 2-4 business days for manufacturing and quality checks before shipping.
