Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing Time

• Standard products are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

• Custom and personalized items require 2 to 4 business days for manufacturing and quality checks before shipping.

• Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays are processed on the following working day.

Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

• Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.

• Remote Locations: 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is applicable on prepaid orders above ₹1,500.

• Orders below ₹1,500 are charged a flat shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on delivery location.

• Bulk and corporate orders are quoted with shipping included as part of the WhatsApp bulk quote.

Payment Options & Partial COD

• We accept prepaid payments via UPI, cards, and net banking.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select orders and locations.

• For bulk and corporate orders on COD, a partial advance payment (typically 30%–50% of order value) is required to confirm and begin production. The remaining balance is collected via Cash on Delivery at the time of delivery.

• The advance payment amount and mode (UPI/bank transfer) will be shared as part of your bulk quote confirmation.

• Orders are dispatched only after the advance payment is received and confirmed.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link with courier details will be shared via email and SMS to monitor delivery status.

Delays and Damages Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather or logistics issues. If you receive a damaged or incorrect package, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing proof.
